There are some issues that need to be addressed that are outside of the control of our property management. In some instances all that can be done by the property manager is a letter being sent.

If you are having any issues that would be considered a nuance (i.e.weeds, animals that are running loose, trash) please contact the City directly for faster results.

The Board has requested that a parking study be done inside of our community with help from Hanna Harper. She has helped us communicate with our City County Council Liaison. This is a necessary step toward designating no parking zones in the community for safety reasons.
